What personal data do we process?

Why do we process your personal data?

The main reason is to provide the services you have expressed an interest in and to maintain and improve the security of our services. We also use the data for analytics and to measure traffic to our website.

Who will have access to your data?

What are cookies?

How long do we process your data?

We will process your data for as long as you use our services and afterwards for a reasonable period necessary to protect our rights and pursue claims relating to defective performance or liability for damage.

How is my personal data protected?

All personal data provided is protected using standard procedures, systems and technologies that we continuously review and improve to provide the highest possible protection against misuse, unauthorised access, alteration or loss.

How and when can you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data?

You may withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time free of charge by sending an email to hostinec@kachna.cz.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing of personal data that we process on a legal basis other than consent (especially where processing is necessary for the performance of a contract, etc.).

What rights do you have regarding the protection of personal data?

In relation to your personal data, you have the following rights in particular:

  • the right to withdraw your consent at any time;
  • the right to have your personal data corrected or completed;
  • the right to request restriction of processing;
  • the right to object to or lodge a complaint about processing in certain cases;
  • the right to data portability;
  • the right of access to your personal data;
  • the right to be informed of a personal data breach in certain cases;
  • the right to erasure of personal data (the “right to be forgotten”) in certain cases;
  • other rights laid down in the Personal Data Protection Act and in General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 after it becomes applicable.

If you believe that your personal data protection rights have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
